Our Lotion Bar with our own Sleepy-time essential oil blend is here to help you feel soothed and supported before you sleep. We crafted this bar with natural oils like tangerine, lavender, chamomile, frankincense, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, and mugwort. Breathe in the lovely aroma and apply a very small amount to your wrists, the bottoms of your feet, and your upper chest to support your ability to drift into a restful sleep tonight!

Instructions: Warm the bar between your hands for a few seconds and the warmth from your body will melt a small amount. Apply to your skin (arms, legs, knees, elbows, & feet). A little goes a long way. Enjoy!
