We are proud to be a family-owned and operated small business. We take great care to ensure that our artisan products are of the utmost quality. 

On Shipping:

We do our best to pack your order within 1-3 days of purchase, however, for some items it could take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

During certain times of the year, especially around the holidays, the shipping process can be slower than normal. 

On Returns:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders are processed carefully and intentionally.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee covers materials, labor, packaging, and order processing costs.

Due to our products’ handmade nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

As everything is handmade, there may be natural variations in pattern, shape, wick placement, or minor imperfections. These variations are part of what makes each item unique and add to the character of our handmade product lines.

On rare occasions, a product may be significantly damaged during shipment. If this occurs, please email us at info@themagicalbee.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
